Hospital Appeal 2026

As in previous years, our community has responded generously to the Hospital Appeal. The support we receive extends beyond the UK, with donations also coming from the USA, India, Thailand, Singapore, and other parts of the world. This year, we raised £4,745 locally towards this vital cause.

The hospital’s annual operating costs exceed £7,000 per month, with medical care representing one of the greatest financial burdens faced by many families. Often, individuals prioritise the needs of their loved ones over their own health, delaying or forgoing essential treatment because they cannot afford the costs. Without your continued support, many residents of Rander would be deprived of access to basic medical care and healthcare services.

Alhamdulillah, we have recently introduced minor surgical procedures at the hospital. While this has enabled us to expand the range of services available to patients, limited space currently restricts the number and type of procedures that can be performed. To address this growing need, plans are in place to expand the hospital to approximately three times its current capacity. We are presently awaiting the necessary government approvals before proceeding with this important development.
